April 9 - 15, 2017 The Appointment Centre saw a decrease of 22.6% appointments booked over last week, due to the Good Friday office closure. With 95 properties sold this week, the Sold/Appointment Index sits at 20.48 average appointment bookings per property sold. Burlington and West Lincoln had high activity this week moving them into the #1 and #2 spots in the Top 5 Districts, respectively. Hamilton’s popular price ranges were the same as last week, just appearing in a different order, and Burlington’s Top 5 Price Ranges were spread out between the $250-300k price range, to the $1-2M

March 26 - April 1, 2017 Records continue to be broken in the Appointment Centre. While appointment bookings leveled off slightly this week, March 2017 saw the Appointment Centre experience a new record high of 12,407 appointments booked ... an increase of 32.5% over March 2016, beating out our previous high of 11,859 in May, 2016. Hamilton Mountain dominated the Top 5 Districts, with 4 districts appearing in the ranking. Higher price points made the Top 5 Price Ranges in Burlington this week, while Hamilton’s Top 5 remained relatively similar to the previous week. March came to a close
March 19 - 25, 2017 With March Break behind us and more moderate temperatures upon us, activity in the Appointment Centre has certainly increased with appointment bookings up 49% over the previous week. Thursday and Friday each had an impressive number of bookings with 575 and 734 respectively. Hamilton Mountain held two of the Top 5 Districts this week, with Hamilton West, Hamilton Centre and Stoney Creek rounding out the Top 5. We did not see much variation in the Top 5 Price Ranges for Hamilton or Burlington this week, but it is worth noting the $1-2M price range
March 12-18, 2017 A combination of March Break and the office closures due to the snow storm that began on Tuesday saw the Appointment Centre experience a decrease of approximately 20% in the number of appointments booked. Month-to-date figures for the month of March continue to indicate a strong Spring market with an increase of 34% over the same time period last year. Soup Fest: 2017 The Ancaster office held its Annual Soup Fest last week on Friday, March 3rd in support of Neighbour-to-Neighbour with all proceeds going to CHARITY . We managed to raise $500! Voting took place for the BEST SOUP with a variety of soups being submitted by several of our Ancaster Agents and staff. CONGRATULATIONS to our 1st Place winner John Baier for his Goulash Soup.
