I have been in Real Estate for more than 28 yrs and I have remained one of the top Re/Max real estate agents in Hamlton!. Since beginning my career in 1986 ,&nbsp; have won over 100 various awards and sold over 5000 homes!&nbsp;</p><p>Real Estate is my passion. I love helping someone sell their home and move on to the next step in their lives whether it is stepping up to a larger home, or down sizing. I have experience in all different case scenarios! I enjoy assisting  a person purchase a home as well, whether it is their 1st home or their last!&nbsp; It brings me great joy to see someone achieve the end result that they were looking for! My goal is to get it done.</p><p>As both a long-time resident and experienced real estate agent in Hamilton and surrounding area, I love this City and I know the city well and can help you find the perfect neighbourhood to live in. With the city’s growing diversity, continuous development and downtown revival, I am particularly excited about what that all means for those looking to move into the city: new developments and retail on James Street (North and South) the new GO Train station, cultural events like the Art Crawl and Art district, and more people living in the downtown core’s unique condominiums.  The city is so amazing and comprised of so many communities and neighbourhoods with so many scenic trails and beautiful waterfalls is what makes it such an attractive place to live.</p><p>When  I am not working I loves to explore the city and enjoy spending time at the Bayfront Marina and the Williams Café, a great venue to enjoy the city’s great lake views and the surrounding trails and parks. When you want to know the best places to eat, I  always ask the locals and my  favourite places to take family and friends is Ventura’s Restaurant and the Wild Orchid.  I also enjoy a coffee or a meal at Valentino’s. My other passion is cooking or baking which I find very relaxing.&nbsp;</p>
