Q1 of 2024 has proven to be a milestone quarter as we at RE/MAX Escarpment and Niagara are just 91 unit sales below our company transaction record of Q1 in 2021. Our Escarpment team had an 11 point spread above our competitors in Hamilton, Haldimand, and Halton, also our Niagara agents posted a 14 percentage point leap over our Niagara colleagues as well. On an individual basis our sales representatives outsold our entire region by 7 to 1, as we certainly outpaced the industry this March.
