This first quarter has represented the cleanest demand signal we’ve seen in years. Buyers aren’t browsing, they’re buying, which makes the past few weeks the most efficient time to sell in nearly a decade.
You will notice some change in the Appointment Centre Report this week! In particular, we have made some changes to the Price Ranges. We are now tracking the price ranges in 4 regions: Hamilton Region, Halton Region, Niagara Region and Haldimand-Norfolk Region. We have also added a further breakdown in the higher end price ranges, so we are now recording $1 - 1.49M and $1.5 - 1.99M and then $2M +.
