October 2024 proves to be a pivotal month with breakthrough sales with RE/MAX Escarpment and Niagara exceeding last October’s sales numbers by 50%, exceeding all four of our trading areas. Our year-to-date numbers also over-shadowed Niagara, Hamilton-Burlington, Oakville-Milton and Toronto, by 12 percentage points for our Escarpment team and 5 percentage for our Niagara team. Our October new listings are up well over our competition, due to our track record of getting listings sold, in 2024 we have had the smallest gap between new listings and sales as per our last appointment centre report, showing our agent’s ability to sell new listing inventory. On a performance level RE/MAX Escarpment and RE/MAX Niagara outsold our completion by more than 7 times, proving once again we are this region’s market experts.
