I grew up in West Burlington; Aldershot to be precise, and I have fond memories of a time when Plains Road had more farmland than condos. Of course times have changed--but watching as my neighbourhood blossomed into a beautifully developed community, with local businesses still thriving and the landscape evolving with the growing and aging population, I can't help but be proud of where my roots began.
