Nem Ivosevic

I am a Realtor with RE/MAX Escarpment Realty Inc. and a proud member of the Turner Magic Real Estate Team. I live in and grew up in the Stoney Creek/Hamilton area. After graduating from Orchard Park Secondary School, I studied Transportation Engineering Technology at Mohawk College. During my years at Mohawk, I worked in the residential construction industry. I started as a framer with a local builder and also worked for a private contractor installing soffit, fascia, eavestrough and siding. 

Once I completed my schooling, I obtained employment in the public sector working for several local municipalities as a Traffic Technologist. Being employed with the government for over a decade, although I enjoyed this chapter for all that it taught me, I felt constrained by internal policies and work culture, forcing me to lose my creativity and passion which as a result pushed me to consider a different career path. With the Real Estate market booming, it was evident that my skills and knowledge would be efficiently utilized in the industry.
