Rod Frank "The World's Nicest Salesman" started his career in Real Estate 29 years ago. Licensed in 1988 he entered the real estate market while the boom of the late 80's was in full swing. It was a great introduction to sales, prices were going up monthly with 99% of all listings selling.
A career as a real estate agent seemed to be a wise choice, but this economic prosperity soon came to an end. The year 1990 brought with it one of the worst real estate downturns in history; prices dropped 5% per year for 5 straight years, sales plummeted and agents dropped out of the business in record numbers.
