January 20222021 will go on record as one of the most defining years in our local and Canadian real estate market.December activity was slightly lighter then last year, but much higher then 2019! Inventory is extremely low, and our sales are outpacing new listings, which adds up to a very strong seller’s market. Appointments this December were extremely robust, on par with December 2020 which was a record month, illustrating that our agent’s possess strong marketing abilities to attract the most qualified buyers to their client’s properties. Our combined sales for 2021 reached a record 15,104!!! And our agents outsold our competitors by 5.5 times for the month of December.
