Kevin has enjoyed broad and varied experience in the Real Estate industry for over 12 years prior to his engagement with RE/MAX Escarpment Realty. During this time he has been the recipient of many awards for sales excellence and customer service, and for many years was in the top 5% of his peer group in the region. He serves customers primarily in the Hamilton-Wentworth, Halton, and Haldimand -Norfolk County areas. He has a strong customer focus, bringing creative solutions to his clients real estate needs. His strength in problem solving, and overcoming obstacles has served his clients well. Kevin has also had hands on experience in new home construction and renovation, which adds great value to those looking to customize their home for sale and/or for potential purchase opportunities. A long standing pattern of referrals and repeat business has been a key to his success. In this respect, more recently, he now works closely on a Team basis with his wife Lindsay who is also engaged as a Real Estate professional with Remax Escarpment Realty. His background at Sheridan college where he studied business administration, and his experience as President of his past condominium association dealing with property management and maintenance issues has also served him well over the years.His professional skill set such as interpersonal relations, strong industry knowledge, business trends, and an unwavering focus and passion on bringing solutions to customers needs with positive outcomes, has often propelled him into an industry leadership role. While Kevin now lives with his wife and 2 children in Ancaster, his childhood home was Port Dover in Norfolk County, where he also enjoys a considerable business base and many satisfied customers.
